- Ramps to P11 poured last week. NE corner poured yesterday. Working on west side rebar now.
- 3rd street still blocked off for what I think may be the electrical interconnect work
- Construction elevators now operational up to P6

They are currently working on P12 level up top. Ramps up to the level poured on July 3rd and the NE corner of the level poured this morning.

Meanwhile on the south side they lifted the emergency power generator up to the mechanical area that is on the 3rd street extension space between P3-P6. They brought in a temporary crane because the lift was 47,000 pounds and was too heavy for the tower cranes.

They never had the full weight on the scaffolding. They turned it 90 degrees with the crane and had half of it on the building P3 ledge and half on the scaffolding while they placed it on skates to then maneuver it into position.

They poured the western side on the 13th and the SE corner this morning. (20 days between the last level).

Added some more ironwork for canopy around the front entrance.

- They finished pouring P13 on Thursday. Building ramps to P14 now. I believe we have 4 more full levels of parking (14-17), then what looks like a half level, then the amenity level (19). So 6 more floors before we get to the tower portion. At 18 days per level plus I'm guessing maybe an extra month since the last couple levels will be unique that puts us just before the end of the year. With holidays I think we'll probably start the tower around the New Year.

- More ironwork on level 1 as they are installing what look to be the retail area doorways and window framing on the SE and SW corners.

- A little bit more glass and they started installing the skin framework on P5/6 on the SW corner.

- Concrete - They poured the NE corner of P15 this morning. We have this level and two more full levels of parking to go then a transition level before we get to the amenity deck.
- Glass - They have two levels of glass on most all the building (P3/4) including the first lighted section in the pic below. P5 glass done on West side and working on South side now. P6 glass started in NW corner.
- 3rd street still blocked off as they continue what I think is chilled water interconnect in the street
