Most of these condo units start at around 120 000$, how can you beat that for a new construction close to subway stations, shopping malls and the highway???

Also I have been inside one of these buildings close to Anjou Mall, the inside doesn't look so bad. But I totally agree, this part of town is becoming more and more a "New-Moscow"

subway stations?? In Anjou?

Maybe in 2100...but not in 2007....

Honore-Beaugrand,Radisson and Langelier stations, are about 5 minutes bus and 15minutes walk from these projects. The Metro already gets pretty close to there.
As for the blue line extension, I think it is the next extension to get done, probably within 10 years.

Within 10 years? You are optimistic. People wont want to hear about a metro extension for a long time. Anyway, I hope you are right and that we will see an extension to Anjou before the end on the century.

Eh bien, il me semble que la dernière fois c'est cet été...et ça regardait bien!

La STM était, et est surement encore, en train d'étudier le projet.
