A third condo penthouse just sold for 7.9 mil. I'm not surprised that this one is u/c.

Those three condos alone are worth roughly 25 million...that's gotta be a good portion of the whole project.

Unfortunately I don't have a pic, but these guys have dug quite ways down now. I expect we'll see a crane early in the new year.

I'm not crazy about it, but it does fit into it's location very well. Also a nice little density booster to the neighborhood it's in.

I am not really that familiar with the house, but some of the other forumers, say that it wasn't really very nice.
