An entire (and fairly large/tall) skyline that didn't exist 7 years ago.

Yes. It's been talked about more than a couple of times over the past couple weeks. A new multi tower rental proposal on the Elbow River Casino parking lot along the river. Hasn't been officially released yet though.

Anyone able to get a glance/photo at what level the interiors are up to now?

Also a couple shots in to the suites to take a peek at them would be awesome especially the elusive "black" scheme that was never shown in a show suite!
