Looking pretty fresh, better than I thought. The stumpiness won't be as much of a problem when taller towers go up around it.

10-11 levels of parking unless I'm missing something, wow. Quite the podium

35-40% podium by the eyeball test (including the 3 or 4 remaining floors yet to be built), whew...

I noticed that too. But it has been going down intermittently for a day or so during the past couple months. I suspect it'll be up by Tuesday morning. I hope it stays up for a while so we can check for site prep on the Travis.
