This project may be allowed to continue as well. It got its FAR increase based on having 5% onsite affordable units. I don't think they could have changed that despite the change in use because the tower is being built to the approved FAR increase.

Not exactly. Checking the webcams isn't very helpful either because there are at least a handful of workers on site on all the projects with webcams. But I posted a comment in each residential tower thread that could possibly continue based on onsite affordable housing.

I was going to ask the same, I hate dead trees during this time of the year it takes away from the green scenery.
