Fantastic pics, BTW.

I absolutely need to stop again next time I'm passing nearby.

FWIW, are you guys aware that real estate is INSANELY expensive in downtown Savannah? "Ordinary" rowhouses are selling for $1.5, $2 million. I was shocked when I found out.

Better than the opposite, for sure, and augurs well for preservation, since the current value of any of them depends on their surroundings, i.e. the others.

(Unlike, say, areas where the value is almost solely in the location.)
