Agreed, this is good news. It is incredible how much this greater area has changed recently. i lived over there a few years ago and it has exploded since even then - both from a building and street life standpoint.

I’ll post pics when I return to the office tomorrow, but I walked past 15th and Hamilton and saw that dirt is actively being moved at the aforementioned corner. Phase II has officially begun!
