In 1 sense, it's sad to see the old Texas tower being demolished, but then again, having Hines develop a sparkling new skyscraper a person can feel good about it. The new tower is a beauty!

It looks very nice in the skyline! There is also one in chicago! Same glazing, same window mullions, same spine down the middle, similar floorplates, similar height.....

Very similar to Calgary's Eighth Avenue Place... and by similar, I mean nearly identical. It must be the same designer/developer.
