Cool design. I really like those setbacks and indentions. That would make a really cool skyscraper design.

that would be a dream...to build a lego-slyscraper which is taller than me

This is an awesome thread, and I love that Detroit's at the center!! Good work, everyone. I'm now ashamed of my old lego towns when I was little (but I did make a killer racetrack).

^ Here's my attempt at the masterpiece that is Fountain Place.

The angle isn't quite right, and I need a few more blue pieces, but I like it. I plopped it down in my model of Downtown Austin on a vacant block, while drooling over the possibility of a tall tower on that site.

The best models, I believe are at the Legoland parks built by the company themselves. I took these pictures from the web. I hope I have credited them properly.

If you have never been to Legoland California which is located just a short drive north of San Diego, you really should go. The detail in these models is amazing.
