There appear to be caissons in the ground. Does that qualify it for "under construction"? If they are to structurally support the building, that would classify it as under construction.

Do we know for sure which version we are getting?

This should be moved. Its well under construction or at a very advanced stage of foundation work. I haven't been to the site recently, but based on the photos, I think this should be moved. Usually when caissons are placed, thats a sign that its u/c.

Great progress! The design of this building is one of my favorite designs. I think that the hits on this website will be skyrocketing this coming year.
