I didn't grab a pic, but from the front it looks like they are starting work on the cantilevered portion which will house the Decidedly Jazz studio.

It looks like the bottom area where Decidedly Jazz is going, is just about done. Once they get above that, it should move pretty quickly.

That glass wall on levels 2,3 and 4 will be quite nice when done. It's going to look great from the street, especially at night.

I'm curious to see what the east facing wall will look like. None of the renders show it and from what I've seen of construction it looks like it might just be a solid concrete wall as if they expect another building to be right up against it.

It's going to be a blank wall just like all walls fronting directly onto other parcels are mandated to be in Canada.
