Looking at the pics on Skyrise Cities - it looks like they have a structure just west of the existing 56 storey tower that's just finishing up. Is that part of the other 40 storey building - yeah/no???

Yes.... But don't hold your breath, it'll be a while before the second tower (44 floors) is built!

That would make an awesome rooftop sunroom that goes all the way around the top - I think a bike path might even fit in there. That would be an awesome view.

That would make a dandy observation deck and a nice bike track around the perimeter. Awesome place to look and see how far this city has come in the last 50 years.

Cenovus Energy is leasing out 1 million square feet. Of course they commited to this before energy took a nosedive and probably don't require all the space anymore.
