Just poured the 5th floor...floors 6-12 are fairly typical and should rise at a pace of a floor every 4 or 5 days...then building steps in again at 13th floor, but should remain at same pace after that transition floor is poured...top of the building is quite intricate and will take a bit longer...
Human Scale is absolutely correct..each floor is customized and therefore sleeve location for plumbing stacks, electrical floor outlets, depressions for shower floors, etc. all take additional time to lay-out and coordinate...In order to satisfy buyers, late changes occur in spite of established deadlines...
