I don't really like any of those three proposals for one reason or another. I think the best solution is to build the terminal near or over the unbuilt 7 station at 10th Ave and connect to the subways there. I'm sure there is some empty (or underutilized) block or two around there they can build the terminal on.
Forcing commuters to walk one or two more long blocks just to connect to the ACE trains is not a very great idea.
