This density discussion is stupid.

Let's keep this as a photo and 'welcoming photoLith to Pittsburgh' thread, and nothing more, shall we?

He may or may not be here today, not sure. We talked a couple of nights ago and I gave him some of my favorite skyline photo-op spots around town.

Unfortunately it's been a crappy rainy & foggy day here - but knowing his skills, that will only add to the quality of the shots.

Safe travels, photoLith.

Well I'm 1/5th of the way to pittsburgh, spending the night in Natchez Mississippi. Can't wait to make my thread of this epic journey across the south.

As Houston slowly fades into the background, Pittsburgh is starting to call out. Still a soft whisper, but it will get louder and louder as you get nearer its photogenic embrace.

Natchez is actually pretty incredible for history. I'm going to explore it more tomorrow since it was raining all night but it looks like an incredibly well preserved town with some absolutely kick ass Victorian, gothic, and antebellum architecture. It's quite amazing. The people on the other hand are not quite as amazing although lol.

Awesome pictures as always!! I went through it once back in 2000, but didn't stop. I will have the opportunity later this summer to visit family in West Virginia, and plan to hit Pitt, and Maryland for a few days!! I will bring my camara!!

That was pretty quick. I'll be suprised if I drive that far a single time in my life.
