This has always been something that’s ‘bothered’ me a bit. I can’t really think of any spots on Bunker Hill that are primed for development, or have something proposed already that would contribute to tapering off the northern end of the skyline. The LA Times development seems to be the only one, but I am doubtful it will make much of an impact given it’s not on the hill. A redevelopment of Omni Hotel to a tower which is 2/3 the height of the Wells Fargo building would do wonders, in my opinion. What about those crappy red, yellow and green low rise buildings along Figueroa? (The Park DTLA)
