Interesting that you can see the “shadow” of where the hoist was in the slightly different tint to the window glass. I hope that’s something that will fade after some weather exposure.

It's that the "darker" windows are dirty, not necessarily because they are actually tinted, the building just needs to be cleaned/window washed. It would still be visible if not cleaned, the weather/time wouldn't make it better.

Very nice. I like the skating rink too. The NHL Commissioner can peer over MSG, the Ranger's home, from league HQ in MW.

Yeah, this complex is a little odd. The buildings seem like they should be the tallest in the area, especially the way they tower over Moynihan. But they're just part of the new pack. To me they also have some WTC recall. But they aren't as "simple" as they seem. The glass is very nice, at times spectacular. Somehow it all works. I do think that the taller version of the south tower would have fleshed the design out more, but still nice.

the whole different sizes thing is just goofy. some kind of ode to the wtc i suppose, but it just looks disorienting here if you notice it.
