^ Great pic ! If only Echo could have risen to it's original proposed height of 750 ft. | 229 meters they would look like twin sentinels anchoring the southern end of the skyline .

Brickell's density is unreal ! Now imagine when the proposed approved supertalls in the CCCC Tower I , The Towers by Foster + Partners & One Brickell City Centre are built !

Why do skyscrapers in Miami always have that blue protective coating on the windows? Miami is the only city I've seen that does that.

YOu could say it has to with our building code as were required to have impact and insulated glass but its what architects are specifying these days
Also note that when you have a railing thats blue tint and glass thats blue tint it makes even more blue.

For the most part in south florida, gray, clear or bronze glass doesnt really fit in plus the blue helps reduce glare as its sunny here 300+ days of the year
