Which transit projects have done/will do the greatest job cutting travel times?

After reading about how the new Mississauga Transitway will cut travel transit travel times by in some cases more than 50% (50 minutes to 22 minutes, 37 minutes to 12 minutes: see graphic below), I was wondering which transit projects have done or will do the greatest job cutting transit travel times along a particular corridor.

Here in the Toronto area another project that will cut transit travel times by more than 50% is the soon-to-open Union-Pearson Express train. It will take 25 minutes to travel from Union Station downtown to Pearson Airport. That current trip by transit would probably take about 60 minutes via subway and TTC express bus from Kipling.

The reconstruction of 10 miles of the Dan Ryan branch of the Red Line in Chicago cut travel times from 95th St. to Roosevelt from 30 minutes to 20, or 33%.

A few years ago, Caltrain added passing tracks in order to run limited and express service ("Baby Bullet") that cut the trip time between downtown San Jose and downtown San Francisco in half.
