Amazing that they've already started work on the 2nd floor...

I'm amazed at all the changes to that part of the Beltline in the last few years. The Safeway and COOP must be wringing their hands in glee.

This area of the Beltline went from next to zero population between 11th Street W / 8th Street W & 10th Ave S / 12th Ave S to some 2 - 3,000 units in a matter of 5-10 years once WAM is done. Incredible.

That part of the Beltline, and just about every other part of it has seen amazing growth.

Canada's most dynamic neighborhood!

I don't know about most dynamic, but it's definitely a contender for the fastest evolving major neighbourhood (population over 10 000).

'Dynamic' in the senese of change.....it was a nod to an old Canada section debate

Probably the country's fastest evolving neighborhood (over 10,000)

With so many projects on the go, I had forgotten about this one. Really looking forward to watching this one go up.

They erected two cranes so I would imagine so. All 440 units will be rental apartments on top of the 2-storey retail podium, so they don't require sales in order to go ahead. This one really gets little attention for how fantastic it is.

Also, this one can just be renamed to "10th Avenue" now, as that is what it's called on the developments website.

Here's a map of the main floor...

Looks like we're only a couple weeks away from seeing work start on the tower section! The west side of the podium is topped out.
