They erected two cranes so I would imagine so. All 440 units will be rental apartments on top of the 2-storey retail podium, so they don't require sales in order to go ahead. This one really gets little attention for how fantastic it is.
Also, this one can just be renamed to "
10th Avenue" now, as that is what it's called on the developments website.
