Been following this thread for the past year and finally joined the forum. Just wanted to say thanks for all the people taking pictures and enlightening us anonymous viewers. Hopefully the project is complete by the Feb/March timeline; I feel bad for the live on the Park owners for enduring delays upon delays.

I am in the lucky position of being a Mark on Tenth purchaser too. I am now actually looking forward to the professionalism that Qualex are supposed to be known for.

the crown above the cantilever looks taller than the renders. ? over all i really do like this tower and the colors are starting to grow on me ever so slightly. it could be much worse. imo the quality looks to be good for this project. hope for the best regarding any forumers that made a purchase. good luck. and i would love to live up there haha

Thanks for the update Surreal. It's looking good - getting excited to move in. I like the smiley face on the bottom of the transport elevator, haha.

Looks like an April move in now. Hopefully it doesn't get extended beyond this.

Not at all, unfortunately. They mentioned it in their latest homeowner update (http://qualex.ca/mark-homeowner-updates/)

"While we are working hard to deliver your home to you as soon as possible, we are also taking the appropriate time and care required to ensure that we deliver a quality home and community for everyone. Building completion is on track for March. This will be followed by receiving the Occupancy Permit from the City, and finally the City filing the Land Titles. As such, we estimate closings/possessions to occur in April 2015. Dates are subject to change, and some closings could occur prior to or later than the current estimate."
