^Sweet shot!. They're Making the Confluence Great Again.

There are 6 floors left to go on the core at 150 N Riverside. It will definitely be visible from that vista near Michigan Ave

Based on the 150 stacking plan, the first straight up steel starts on the 8th floor. If that is the case, the webcam indicates that they are currently:
- installing the glass panels on the 18th floor
- erecting steel on the 34th floor
- pouring the core on the 39th floor
If they don't count the 13th floor, these counts could be off by one. Here is hoping they are still going to 54 floors.

Hopefully you're incorrect and they're on the 48th floor, because my source is pretty reliable. This 9 floor difference is quite a bit to miscount, however..

No he's waaaaayyyy off, they are at like the 40th floor on steel already, which he doesn't even have the building at 40 floors to core on his estimate. I'm not sure if your guy is right either. I think he's off by a floor or two

My resource is the 150 website stacking plan. It does show no 13th floor. It goes from the 12th to 14th floor. This is the same as when I worked in the then Standard Oil of Indiana building in their Process Engineering Department when it opened in '73. I worked on the listed 14th floor, but it was actually the 13th floor.

^You helped build the Standard Oil? Hell of a notch in your belt

Well, only time will tell on the height of 150. Or, I can just ask the guy to confirm... Mods- feel free to move us over to the proper thread!

In the picture from February 10th on the 150 thread they are framing the 43rd floor, so if the core is 5 floors ahead of that, it's up to the 48th floor. So there would indeed only be 6 floors of core left.

I was disagreeing with the other comment saying it was only 39 floors at the core

^Beauty shot.

Here's a grab from OxBlue. Notice the reflection of the confluence, which becomes more apparent when there's snow on the banks.
