Miami's growing into a monster. And man, Philly never looks bad to me. It only has 5 really tall buildings, but they create such a great dynamic.

Depends what you mean by really tall. Over 700 feet? Yes, it only has 5, but it also has two under construction: a 1,100 footer and a 700 footer which makes a total of 7.

That puts it behind only NYC, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles when it comes to buildings over 700 feet tall.

I know, I suppose it does have quite a few when you realize there are so few other cities in that league, but those 5 really do make a huge impact, even on their own. Philly's skyline really is iconic. And yeah, those two new ones will be interesting to see how they change the look of the skyline.

Yeah, Hamilton is divided into Downtown and Uptown by a 100m escarpment that cuts right through the middle of the city. These photos show it a bit better than that aerial...

^That is one of the very best aerials I have ever seen of Philly. It's not especially beautiful, but it really reveals the lay of the land.
