China's "No. 1 County Hall"

This build draw a lot of criticisms from China's net users lately. They named it the "No. 1 County Hall", in a sarcastic tone though.

The county is located in Zhejiang, one of the richest provinces in China. But still, wasting that much money for a fancy county hall, it's just mind boggling.
