If the unit in that last shot isn't marketed as "Best offramp views in town!", they have a serious missed opportunity there. View from the roof deck looks amazing, though.

The unit with the most intimate freeway/ramp views is usually marketed as the loss leader--the one referenced when they advertise prices "from $xxxxxx.xx", $xxxxxx.xx being the price of the freeway view unit. But guess what: In my building, I bought it; and then we had an earthquake that damaged the freeway and it got torn down.

I would love a view like that- especially at night. There is something so meditative about watching traffic (as long as I'm not in it)
