Here's the description:
"When the Santa Monica Freeway was built in the 1960s, an underpass
was left open beneath the roadway for the Air Line track. By 2003, ivy had
covered the tunnel's exterior, but the tunnel itself was easily accessible
to the homeless who occasionally lived with in."
My question:
Is this tunnel still there. If so, where is it?
...if it
is still there, does the new Metro Expo Line use it?
______
If I'm not mistaken, this photograph was taken in the general vicinity of the tunnel,
and the description includes some street names. (see below)

"In this 2003 photograph taken northeast of National Boulevard and Clarington Avenue,
the abandoned Air Line stretches ahead only to be buried under the parking-lot asphalt
of the Bar-Bri law exam preparation school east of Motor Avenue. A spur went down the
hill to end behind a big warehouse that was demolished in 2004."
