Thanks for the curtain wall shots!
Looks pretty good so far - the aluminum detailing adds interest, but not nearly as detailed as on this model (which has more of a Guinness Tower look):

January 8, 2021 – For the next two weeks:​

Level 19 floor slab on the East side of the South Tower will be formed
Level 17 floor slab on the West side of the South Tower will be complete
Level 11 floor slab on the East side of the North Tower will be formed
Level 10 floor slab on the West side of the North Tower will be complete
Façade restoration on the W Georgia elevation will continue
Block wall installation will continue on Levels 1-6
Drywall partitions and bulkheads will continue on Levels 2-11
Fireproofing of the existing steel will continue up to Level 7
Misc. concrete demolition will continue throughout building
Elevator installation will continue in the Podium levels
Exterior wall framing and glass installation will continue along Dunsmuir Street
Curtain wall glass installation will be ongoing on Level 9 of the South Tower
Civil services to the building will commence along Homer Street
The Hamilton Street sidewalk adjacent to the building will be closed for the duration of the project
The Hamilton Street southbound curb lane will be closed daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (Monday – Saturday)
The Homer Street curb lane will be closed for the duration of the project
Noise Exemption permits will be applied for all weekends and concrete pour days until further notice

I was expecting clear glass with seafoam spandrel. I'm pleasantly surprised how this is turming out.

Agree with all. The glazing should look great on this.

Super excited for this end of DT to become more activated. This development is great. I wish for DT to have a nice even hum, not have blocks long dead zones.

Looks like maybe they’ve almost reached the top floor at this end of the tower? They’re not using the repeating table form for the next level.

There's one recessed level and then the rest of the tower on the West side will continue up.
