Why are you acting like it's so difficult for a developer with only experience in suburban developments to come up with a concept that is urban in design? I can do it and I don't have any degree in urban planning.

Plus, WRS didn't design it. S9 Architecture did and they're very experienced in urban designs...most of their work in NYC.
