Louis-Bohème is an underrated building. Sure if they used something better than precast concrete it would have turned out nicer, but its design was nevertheless a success. It added retail to De Maisonneuve and Bleury, two streets that badly needed it. And a new Metro entrance.

A canyon that has only emerged in the last decade really (the city's newest canyon) and that stands to grow significantly by potentially adding:

-400 Dowd (20 floors)
-QDS 2 (13 floors)
-Maison de la dance (+10 floors)
-and potentially 20 floor+ developments on the lot facing Riopelle square, SNC phase 2, the point zero tower, the mr. sofa brick building and there remains a parking lot next to the black watch building north of Maisonneuve.

With all these lots eventually filled, Bleury will potentially be the city's 2nd most impressive canyon (after Rene-Levesque).

The delicate, avant-garde design is only matched by the exquisite precision in the building process. A true gem in the making.

They haven't added a floor in a month now. Only a few pannels added since. Wonder what's going on.

Oh yeah right. Those moronic, ill-timed construction holidays. Only in Quebec.
