Almost all of these new buildings in west campus have mostly 4 bedroom apartments, I think young professionals prefer 1-2 bedrooms and I don't think there's much of that being built in WC anymore. Plus, as nice as these buildings look from the outside, I'm willing to bet they use absolutely crap materials inside (cabinets, counters, floors etc), based on my experience helping to design some student-oriented housing myself. If developers wanna draw young professionals to West Campus then they're gonna have to start building nicer buildings with fewer-bedroom units.
