It's time for the first, and possibly last, edition of Alternate Angle Tuesdays:

Great view shot. Also, I now noticed crane is visible from Old City and W will partially block Two Liberty Place from West looking East when it's completed.

I imagine they'll pour tomorrow - too much to do before they could get it in today. That was 7 days between pours for the prior, and 8 days for this round:

Can you see the site throughout the day? Or just in the morning? I STILL think they timed it yesterday just to screw with us.

I've got access throughout the work day. I left on the early side yesterday, 4'ish and they hadn't shown any indication a pour was coming. I do try to get the pictures in the morning because once the sun is up the shadows are harsh for most of the day - pictures come out with too much contrast to see the details.

(e.g. just beat the harsh shadows)

Once the school year starts up, I'll go back to taking pictures just after dawn.

To "thisisforreal", I realize you aren't being paid to watch this building be put together right outside your window, but I wonder if you've noticed when the columns and walls are poured. Are all these formed then poured all at once or is it done in a less orderly way, a couple here and a couple tomorrow, etc.? It does appear that these are done separately from the slab.

THANKS, and thanks for the regular updates (no more vacations!)

Monday is the new Wednesday:

That's roughly 4.5 days between pours.

Are they regularly working on weekends now? If not (including this past weekend), it's roughly 2.5 working days between pours. That's about 2 floors a week. And even if they are regularly working on weekends now, that's still about 1 1/2 to 2 floors a week.
