Actually it is not new at all, It is pretty old, from 2011.
Sponsored by Audi, it was some sort of commercial for that brand.

Audi, in association with FX Networks, announces the launch of “Untitled Jersey City Project,” a jointly developed 16-minute short-form original drama featuring the all-new 2012 Audi A6. The first two episodes of “Untitled Jersey City Project” will premiere on Sunday, Sept. 25, and will roll out over four consecutive weeks as eight, two-minute episodes airing during FX’s Sunday primetime movies.

Amidst the burned-out buildings across the Hudson from New York City, a shining new city is being built. Up-and-coming architect Frank George awakes to a cryptic call from Ray Rahne and races to the construction site to see his partner lying dead in a pool of blood. This is the new Jersey City but unfortunately for Frank, the old rules are still the same.

There were 8 episodes lasting about 2 minutes each. Spoiler alert, in the last one, you'll see the guy with the girl in the Audi, speeding towards a concrete barrier, there it ends, it seems you won't know what happened to them. There was a Web site associated with the series, but it is no longer working.

Fun fact, the building they show from bellow has a concrete structure, when they are inside in a high floor, it is a steel structure. I wonder why didn't they filmed both scenes in the same building.

The rest of the episodes in that user account.
