For now, still a commanding presence on the skyline. It won't be until it's dwarfed on either side that it becomes more of a supertall skyline filler...

Initially I wanted to make these into one video, but with 8 angles and 4+ minutes of total runtime, I figured it's better to separate these clips into two videos. Either way, this easily constitutes my most comprehensive construction update of One57, capturing it from all directions.

Does anyone know what kind of construction is still going on on the tower? it looks like the exterior is finished, so are they furnishing the interior?

One57 and its relation to the CitySpire cluster right next to it; as seen from several angles

It's still my favorite highrise cluster in the entire city.

Was the inspiration for this building a waterfall? That's what I see when I look at this building.

Christian de Portzamparc would be very happy to hear that

as beautiful as this is 432 Park Avenue has stolen it's thunder. Two great additions to the skyline though

^ There's nothing to mask. Except for the unfortunate dark panels on top, the tower is a beauty. Can't decide which side I like more, north or south. Also, can't wait till the crown is lit. Will be an epic sight from Central Park.
