From what I understand, they are building a larger sale center.

I knew it. Having their sales centre a few blocks away probably didn't help them much. And l'Avenue's imposing sales centre probably scared them strait

From the perspective of this pic, looks like the height of these 2 buildings will be more around the 130m mark. The roof just misses the 140m partition of the IBM tower.

Great infill, but with such a prestigious location, lets hope they don't shrink the height/floor count (like they did with that horrid thing proposed for square Victoria, which Snaredrum-in-extremis argued belonged adjacent to Longueuil metro stn).

THey're starting construction on one tower first, right? They'll build the second as phase II, or did I hear wrong?

As stated by West_aust: According to their website, construction is to start in 75 days, which brings us mid february.

Their website also mentions 2 towers of 38 stories. I wonder if they count underground floors to reach that number.

From what has been speculated, they will build the whole podium (floors 1-2) but start with only the tower 1 (similar process to Jules-Dallaire in Quebec)

the 147m tall is a mistake i think... maybe 40 floors sounds right... but it ain't gonna be 147m tall... 130m maybe

Its been saying this for weeks

Roccabella ain't in good shape I hear.

Sales are barely over a third. mtlurb zealots claim 40%, but even that sounds like a stretch. Maybe 40% of tower 1?

And I agree G.S. 147m never sounded right to me.

I want to be proven wrong.

Merci Rotax!
