It has to do with how one might perceive a city. Since it is based on perception, opinions will vary. I listed my criteria earlier in the thread.

Nah, the spirit of this thread is supposed to be light hearted, and not a city bashing fest..Most forumers on here can creatively place a gender tag on a city.

somebody needs to explain the point of everythread pls, very important!

for some of us this forum is a sort of momentary reprieve from stressful careers/lives. i guess everyone has different things to worry about.
