The city of Angren, once was one of the industrial centers of Uzbekistan.
After the dissolution of Soviet Union its industry has collapsed, and most of its population left the city.

Don't get fooled by prices, in this program they use official exchange rate, however black market rate of USD is twice higher. So all prices are twice cheaper in fact, as well as average salaries, which are less than 100 USD/month now.
