I drive past this everyday and I am amazed at the amount of progress that has happened in the last month. You dont notice when you pass it everyday but looking at these pics from a month ago you can really tell the difference!

You don't have a camera to update this thread? It would be very nice of you
FYI, now that the left portion of the tower is at its max height, you'll notice overall it's about halfway. The central tower will rise almost twice as high. My impression is this building may look rather squat. Because of the perspective distortion in the renderings, the tower looks more slender and well proportioned. It will be interesting to see how this ends up shaping. I'll start taking some more straight on shots from the park so we can more accurately gauge the height.
Oh god that crown is horrible. Lagrange needs to take some cues from Stern.

These are photos from the other side of the construction site. I live in a nearby building and snapped these shots from my apartment.
Please note these photos are about a week old, takes forever to get activated on this forum, hahah.
North end of the building has some of the finished yellow stone exterior being put up. Doesn't look bad, but doesn't look too fantastic either (a bit cheap looking). Hard to tell at this point.
Some of my favorite buildings are fat and overwhelming. If you don't like being overwhelmed then go live with Amish people. Sunlight is for sissies.
I don't like being overwhelmed by yellow precast. I've actually always liked LaGrange's massing, its just his materials and cladding that make his buildings so nauseating.
