Looks so good. Like Hancock's skinny little brother.

I love the cross-bracing, but wish the space around the braces were left open to help express them better. Depending on how they finish this tower, it will end up really nice or a pretty big disappointment.

You guys can't see it from photos but the glass here is atrocious. Look like plastic.

I think that it looks way better in person than in photos, as does the concrete.

I absolutely love how they restored that incredible building with this tower.

According to CTBUH 5 Beekman has topped out structurally, but not architecturally. Meaning the final height has not been reached yet as the spires are missing.

Downtown’s Beekman Residences Tower Is Ready for Its Crowns – Now 50 Percent Sold

Downtown’s Beekman Residences Tower Is Ready for Its Crowns – Now 50 Percent Sold

Rising from the birthplace of the romantic skyscraper, a svelte 51-story condominium known as the Beekman Residences will soon receive its twin pyramidal crowns. The to-be-illuminated, open-air pinnacles will bring the building’s 599-foot roof height up an additional 51 feet, granting us skyline-watchers a new silhouette to gaze upon. While the tower’s height is unremarkable in today’s world of kilometer-high skyscrapers (it’s only the 24th tallest building now under construction in the city), its peculiar design and prominent location overlooking Park Row is sure to add to the exceptional urban room created by the variously-styled towers surrounding City Hall Park.

From left to right.

South Seaport (starting up) , WTC3, 5 Beekman, and Leonard.

It will be interesting how 111 Murray adds to this.

Are they really going to ruin this design with those tacky cupolas? Reminds me of a confused mashup between Hancock and 900 N Michigan in Chicago:
