I see that the price tag is $45 million. How much of that is a public subsidy?

Heard a rumour that the glazing outfit might be having issues getting paid by the developer. Might be a while before those gaps (damaged in shipping?) get filled...

This building turned out pretty good, it's kinda busy looking though. How is the area around it? always seemed a bit sketchy...

Great update Daveography. I was wondering how this gem was doing. I see some glazing is still not complete. Have they resolved the issues with the glass company?
