Flying a long. Design going up looks awesome, 4-5 floors to go?

Back a ways the drawings showed 10 floors above the cantilever. If that's still the plan then there's only two more levels to go.

I'm not for height if every situation, but as I've watched this building come together and considering where it is, right next to the bridge, I wish they could just continue for another 5 or 10 floors. Think anybody would notice, and say anything? I'd promise to keep my trap shut.

it's at 14 by my count....so 3 more floors.

Beautiful building....one of my favorites along with FMC. Anyone know if that billboard has a chance to get torn down? I read recently that jurisdiction over billboards was recently taken out of city hands...which could lead to some being removed? Anyone know any more? I hate all billboards....and of all billboards....i hate THAT one most

You can see The Bridge from Penn's Landing!

Also, this looks great when walking down 2nd Street:

Here is a project that just goes to show you, height isn't everything. It's turning out nice.

Glass going in on the lower section-

There was a big banner I hadn't seen before that stated "Team John Bundick". Google search revealed it's a member of the construction team who is ill with cancer.

I think I saw that banner on another building as well, can't remember which one it was though.

Anyone notice that the windows in the rendering and what appears to be being constructed right now are different? One of the things that makes this building attractive is the asymmetrical design of the windows.

The asymmetric design is on top of the glass curtain. So I'm thinking the window placement can be symmetrical.

There was one on One Riverside that read, "Team John Bundick" in orange. After a Google search it looks to be for a similar reason: http://www.madisonconcrete.com/news/...ne-of-our-own/

Damn, I hate that billboard. Maybe the new tenants can paintball it or knock the lights out or something to start the process of making it go away.

Great building. Makes me think about what 1 Riverside could have been in the hands of a more creative owner.
