I'd like to host a SSP-Austin happy hour at my house in the Zilker neighborhood, close to downtown (1906 Hether Street, 78704)

I've got plenty of room and I'll provide the beer and light nosh, and some boxing gloves for the inevitable......

question.....would you all rather a week day happy hour, or better to go on the weekend to accommodate more folks?

Vote either:

weekend 3-6
weekday 4-7

Once we have this vote wrapped up, we can vote on which week in May.

If I'm able to go, I'd vote weekend. I work night shift Mon-Thur.

I'm going to be busy in May. One weekend I'm celebrating my birthday, another I'm heading to South Padre.

If I can't make it, I hope y'all have a great time. This is a cool idea.

I work nights and have shift change in May. Half the month I work weekdays, half the month I work weekends. So it just depends on which half of the month it falls on.

Like i said, I work nights, so I am good with either!

The weekend would probably be better for me, but not a deal breaker. I'm pretty much open to whatever day you guys plan it unless something changes for me.

Sunday- Tuesday evenings are typically best for me. I’m also in Zilker, and appreciate your hosting Urban. Don’t we have someone else, DCBrinkley, who is off of Hether as well?

When was our last tour/meet up? Perhaps the one where we ran into Sandra Bullock and we all had cameras around our necks (bc we've been shooting great pics of DT...) and with a voice of glam she says, "Oh no, no photographs please." Think we all left her restaurant at that point. That was a good day.

I vote weekend. Perhaps sometime in May?
