Does anyone know if this has topped out? If it has it sure is disappointing from the park, you cannot even see it.

It’s nearly the same floor count (26 stories compared w/Yoo’s 25) and despite the higher elevation, is literally adjacent to Yoo. Not sure what you were expecting.

That said, I believe it has a few floors yet to go.

Wow...interesting photo. Yoo on the Park can't even be seen in this picture. I used to live in the small gray building with the white roof and am amazed by all the changes in this tiny little street.

It's incredible seeing all the residences going up right here next to the park. I know Whole Foods is going in on Spring Street, but really hoping we see another grocery go in not too far from this part of town. While 1125, 10th & Peachtree, and 811 Peachtree would all be perfect locations for a decent sized grocery, a bodega, deli, bakery, and brewpub would all be nice additions to this area at a smaller scale.

No joke, there's plenty of room for thousands if not tens of thousands of residents and jobs in midtown remaining. Will be interesting to see how much is packed in over the year.

I moved near Central Park and I'm amazed at how many lots are undeveloped on the border of Midtown and O4W. There are two huge grass lots next to the park that aren't actually part of the park and just sit empty, and there are a handful of parking lots around Courtland.

Your post in the ATL Projects thread about NS igniting development around there got my hopes up.

Just give it a couple more years. That area is primed for development!

Just a bit taller than Yoo, but it's got a few more floors of height on Yoo due to the incline than I was anticipating.

Wish this had gone to the height of the taller Mayfair...
