Awesome update Dwils01...

I have yet to see pix of Parc Nuvo, it's been listed as being U/C for quite some time now.

Since I don't live in Toronto and don't have the opportunity to take pictures of a few construction sites a day almost everyday like other forumers, I have to get a lot of pictures of construction sites while I'm there for the day.

Impressive updates, Dwils!

The Glass glazing of the north end of Burano's podium looks great. The overall execution including the historic restoration is very well executed. Tower looks sharp too.

Market Wharf looking great as well. Pound for pound one of the best projects in the city. the Context/aA partnership impresses as always. The podium looks very Euro/Rotterdam influenced, one of best condo podiums in the city. Also fits in great with the urban fabric of the St. Lawrence area.

I am with you Travis, Market Wharf is a nice looking project. You can see how great it will be even before the cladding has been installed.

Looks like the back wall is expecting some form of artwork. I for one really hope it's not the same mind numbing type of mural like the one they placed on the back wall at Telus. I really don't like that one .

Some details, and a few views from the bridge:

Trying to imagine what the view and the street wall is going to look like with ICE + office tower, as well as 90 and 120 Harbour Streets are complete .

Looks like there's going to be 4 retail spaces in 18 York alone, with another 5 in Bremner Tower, and that small street front unit in 18 York is actually a two floor opportunity. Screenshots from the pdf above.
