This really adds some needed balance vs the Goldman Sachs building

99 Hudson relative to Lower Manhattan. Hard to believe in this shot that a 900 foot tower looks minuscule relative to its surroundings. That’s the nice thing with Jersey City, that it adds a lot to downtown from a far. Aesthetics wise, it almost blends into the skyline node, even though its separated by a river.

I love what the building does for the Jersey City skyline, as a lifelong resident of the city. I do wish they went more for a limestone tower than the hybrid blend of glass and limestone, though. Looks like they couldn't quite make up thei mind so they get stripes of limestone and glass. Overall it's still one of Jersey City's best skyscrapers but I really wish as our skyline continues to expand and soar that we get some really iconic, highest quality type of architecture as well.
