Bravo [4838 Bank St, Findlay Creek] | ?m | 4f | U/C

I have not found this project. Merge it, if it appears elsewhere. Here is information on a four storey apartment complex currently under construction at the south end of Findlay Creek. Note that because of proximity to the airport, there are height limitations on construction in Findlay Creek (and likely Riverside South as well).

Here is the website for the project:

Looks remarkably like this project in Orleans, also by The Regional Group. #recycledplans:

That is quite nice. Where in Orleans is that second one?

Nice to see some density but it's unfortunate that this project (which will be the densest in Findlay Creek) is located on the very edge of the urban boundary rather than in the centre, near the commercial area.

Unfortunately the transit service won't be that great, largely because of its location.

I drove/biked past there occasionally when I lived in Orleans. Might not have been there at the time. In any case, seeing it must be a breath of fresh air after miles of the same junky siding suburbia.
