Wow, I used to live on the other side of this block, and this building totally changes the feeling of the street. I like it. The westward expansion continues!

Wow, great to see this one flying! We really need WAM to get started on the 10th Avenue Towers, they will shoot right up and deliver a lot of much needed residential space in a very short construction timeframe

I like how they have incorporated these little coves into the south side of the building. The second floor terraces will be a nice warm area, even in the winter most times.

The floor plate is so huge, it would be pretty difficult to design the building without those coves. You can only get so far away from outside windows without feeling like you have no access to the outside.

I was just going to say the same thing. With residential buildings people want to be fairly close to some windows. In Europe it's common to see a building take up an entire block, but almost always there are courtyards on the inside of the building.

Those balconies in the alcove are going to be hot and sunny in the summer, even most of the year.

10 floors of concrete are complete now. I was standing on the Formwork for the 11th floor this afternoon.

And you can see in that picture, exterior walls have started.

I'm anxious to see how the exterior looks. Amazing difference between this project and Live on the Park. It's seems like this one just started yesterday and now the exterior walls are going up.
