CALGARY | The Metropolitan | FT / M | 13 Floors

Formerly known as 'Oslo' this one was postponed and capped off at grade while a bankruptcy issue was settled. The development was then sold, and now it is starting up again.

The very first iteration of this project was two towers around 30 floors each known as the 'Kai towers', it was later changed to 'Oslo', and now 'Karma'.

The updated design it significantly better than that of Oslo. It looks like aluminum panels too, rather than stucco. Not bad at all. The density is amazing.

Good density indeed. It's a little over 300 units, which is a hefty amount.

That's not the rendering for this building. Perhaps a really old one.

The changes from the earlier rendering are mostly material, but man what a massive improvement...

It looks a little different, but for the most part it's the same, and I'm good with that.

Apparently they just changed the name to 'The Metropolitan'. I can't think of a song to put that one into
