Actually, they will received the first new metrorail cars in end of 2016. They will received it.

Nobody knows for sure. I have doubt that. I think metrorail will have extended to Marlins Stadium instead of Metromover. It's right choice for me.

If these Metromover extensions come to fruition it will dramatically alter the Wynwood neighborhood as we know it today.
I'm expecting a building boom there.

It's already experiencing a building boom! This will be a game changer for nightlife though!
