VERY COOL! Thanks for doing that, great to see images like this. One small thing I noticed though, you've got the Icone towers on the wrong sides. So that is, the image you have there is viewing them from the south, so the two towers would trade places.

Very cool indeed. Although at least one of the Icone towers would obscure the Roccabella from this view!

^The nest part of l'Avenue is that it is going to hide the Sheraton centre from that angle!

Sleek-ass sales centre, yo.

I can't wait until Ottawa gets a tower proposal like this. Very funky design, reminds me of the L-Tower under construction in Toronto.

WIKIPEDIA SAYS:
Approved. 60% sold....., so does that mean it has to be 100% sold before construction begins?
It also says the year 2015...... I think 2015 will be the next 1962/1992

They will start construction spring 2013, as this was always their plan.

Cool. As it happens I know someone up for a big job with Broccolini. I hope he gets it, they seem like a good company to work for. :-)

Hmmm, so it appears that the Tour des Canadiens across the street has added two floors to become 50 floors. I wonder, is it possible that they could do that here in this tower as well, adding a few floors, or does its non-rectangular design preclude this?
